From my inbox: Ninyo Fusion Cuisine (and Street Children: 22 to 30 Sept 2011)

Once again NINYO Fusion Cuisine & Wine Lounge made it to the Philippine Tatler’s Guide to the Philippines’ Best Restaurants 2010!

As our way of giving thanks to all of you, we’re again participating in Philippines’ Best Restaurants “Charity Week,” ongoing until September 30.
With street kids as beneficiary and inspiration, Chef Niño has created another Dégustation de Charité menu this time giving a playful twist to some of your favorite local street foods — lugaw, fishballs, kwek kwek, taho, etc. for a one-of-a-kind French-Japanese Fusion experience.“Proceeds from Charity Week will be allocated for one of Virlanie’s most innovative programmes, The Mobile Unit. ‘This represents what Virlanie Foundation is all about, which is bringing education and basic health services to the unlikeliest places and where they are most needed – the street,’ says Frenchman Dominique Lemay, the president and founder of Virlanie.” – Asia Tatler Dining
