Was watching The Ryzza Mae Show where Marian Rivera cooked ham croquettes with truffle oil. As I failed to catch the recipe, I googled and found this. Hope I don’t forget to try it out.
Last night, we had a basically seafood dinner. I ordered wasabi oysters from Ninyo which announced in its FB page that proceeds from the sale of the dish would go to Typhoon Yolanda victims. Also had kilawin na tangigue and prawn thermidor along with vegetable lumpia. Aware though that HHA would take an eternity to return the prawn meat onto the shells, I had her put this in a pyrex dish and bake. There was some left over and I intend to ask her to put some curry powder in it and top the recycled thing on bread and then bake like canapes. Our other dish tonight will be beef cooked with just steak seasoning, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, onions, salt and pepper and roasted squash cooked with garlic, salt and pepper, and olive oil.
