This morning, I ordered chicken a la kiev, tanguigue, and knockout knuckles from CA for delivery. While in the past, upon slicing the chicken a la kiev, I’d see butter flow out like water would when the gates of Angat Dam are opened, the butter in the chicken a la kiev was not even comparable to water trickling from HInulugang Taktak when it was at its dryest. Instead the butter was stationary, and stayed close to the parsley leaves. La Nina mode, CA? Sad.
The knockout knuckles were a tad tough, the tanguigue was uninspired, rather thickly sliced.
Only the quality of the sauces of the knuckles and the tanguigue remained good.
Oh well, you’ve lost one excited customer, CA. Pity.
