Apropos of the Duty Free Resorts World Incident – an Update


Yesterday, upon the prodding of TPS, I decided to make known the unfortunate incident my son and I experienced in the Duty Free outlet store in Resorts World yesterday to Duty Free Philippines via Facebook. I sent a personal message that had a link to my blog post.

Today, barely 24 hours after the incident occurred, Duty Free Philippines replied to my personal message thus:

I really hope they will address the matter of customer service in their stores.  They should take the cue from Rustan’s and other SSI stores on how store personnel should behave toward customers, no matter the stature, race, physical appearance, etc.
