Good luck!

I’m calling Cathay Pacific for my sister. It’s been an hour since my first call. No, I haven’t been waiting an hour non-stop. After several times of hearing the message below, the line is cut. So it won’t burn?

“Thank You for calling Cathay Pacific Airways  All lines are busy right now. Please hold the line, your call will be answered by the first available reservations officer.”

I wish they’d add “Good luck” to the recorded message. Would it help? I’ve been at it for 1.5 hours now.
