Wanting to use the pine nuts bought last weekend, I looked for a stuffed bell pepper recipe. It took a while before I found one that made me think: this is it! Here’s a link to the recipe.
What to pair with it? Was thinking of fish, but well… this recipe for grilled beef kebabs was more appealing.
Earlier, in another yemista recipe, I found that pairing it with a yoghurt dressing was nice. SO I looked for a recipe and found this one.

Some notes: the suggestion to put sugar on the red pepper and tomato – take that seriously. In fact, I added a little more while eating my share.
the kebab – use tenderloin. Sure it costs more than double sirloin, I think, but you will be rewarded.
